Shipping & Returns

We use Australia Post to ship all items.  

However at check out you have the option to go for express or regular mail.

Regular post is 3-5 days Australia wide only. Express post is 1-2 days Australia wide only. 

Please note any orders placed after 11am will be shipped next day. 

Shipping prices are a flat rate of $10 and $12.50 for express post.

Please monitor shipping from when 'dispatched email' is received.

Please note we do not post on weekends. Orders are dispatched Monday - Friday (Saturdays at busy periods). 

If you have not received your order in 7 working days from dispatch email please contact kat@glittergypsy.com.au

We do not accept return of goods that have been opened or tampered with. Please contact us to resolve any issues before returning the product.

PLEASE NOTE - we are not responsible for incorrect delivery information at check out. If you have input your address incorrectly and not contacted us to change this before the item is shipped you will have to wait until the package as returned back at our warehouse before we can re send.
