Glitter goo - is 100% petrolium Jelly

Use Application brush to apply glitter goo first to the area you wish to add glitter.

Then using same brush, add the glitter on top of the goo - this will stick until you wish to remove it.

To remove glitter, use a make up remover, or face washer with the glitter remover oil (100% Baby Oil) - wiping away from eyes.
